The Next Chapter: A Sexuality & Relationship Program for Older Adults
The Next Chapter is based on Our Whole Lives for Older Adults. Our Whole Lives (OWL) is a comprehensive set of programs to support people of all ages in honoring their bodies, practicing healthy communication skills, reflecting on relationships, and more. The older adult program is designed for adults 50+ and caretakers of older adults.
The creators of the program, the Unitarian Universalist Association and the United Church of Christ, require strict adherence to the curriculum in order to call our program "OWL." Since we will be making modifications due to the pandemic, we will be calling our program by a different name this year.
The class will meet on Tuesdays at 6:30-8:30pm from March 2 through June 1 via Zoom. It will be a closed group to support content building from one session to the next and to create a more comfortable space to share. Below is the list of topics. You can sign up here. Space is limited.
